In keeping with the high quality and reliability of our products, we maintain a well-equipped service support facility for all Heim Data products in North America. For immediate Service assistance, please call our Service Manager at (770)753-4017.
Our service organization is located in Alpharetta, GA. The state-of-the-art facility with climate-controlled environment and ergonomic workspace is purpose designed for calibrating, testing and repairing instrumentation equipment.
Continuing our commitment to your future needs, we also offer long-term preventive maintenance and calibration contracts designed to best suit your equipment, application, operational and financial needs.

Note: We do not perform service or provide support for any RT Logic or Lumistar branded products, including products that have embedded IN-SNEC OEM hardware.
Our U.S.-based service and support group allows us the flexibility to provide on-site repair as well as at our Alpharetta, GA facility. Customized maintenance contracts are also available for on-going service and support needs.
